Disco in Singapore

St James Power Station is the destination must-go for those in search of a refreshing entertainment complex like none other in the region. Nine distinctive outlets of live entertainment and music styles in this 60,000 sq ft of seaside space, located in the premise of Singapore's first coal-fired power station built in 1927. It is situated at the HarbourFront precinct next to VivoCity.

That's people describe about St James Power Station. In my words it's a place where i would like die. ;-) First i would like to thank chintan to suggest such a fantastic idea for going in disco club. My initial re-action was O.K. as i was much worried about money i was left with. But after hearing the entree fees at i decided to get it. Finding proper place was tough task as wan't getting good suggestions from people around. We decided to hangout at Dragon fly.

Music was the ultimade guide that helped us reach Disco club after getting down at HarbourFront. As soon as we came out of the vivo city we heard music coming from a direction. That started pumping 20% more blood to my vains. Guess what? We didn't go to DragonFly. Ya After reaching there we changed our mind and went in PowerHouse. Music and Lights were amazing. As we were so early, a fear arised about number of people we were expecting.

After an hour's timepass we finally found DJ luding the music. I waited, controlled myself but it was helpless in front of the music that was being played. I left chintan at table and started grooving. As the time flew by music was getting louder and louder even the songs coming in were so heart throbbing that i hardly could think of anything else. I climbed up on the table parellel to many semi nude girls and then there was no stopping. I did all the steps i could think of. Certaily some girls also enjoyed "kaho na pyar hai" steps and "jai ho from pussy cat dolls." Dancing steps of some of the boys were amazing and cool, i tried some of them but failed ;-( [Damn! So short life and want to do so many things.]

I felt proud later on by getting attention of all the people around. Some of them were curious to join and some of them just pointing fingers. D.J. was good. Music was too good and People was amazing. If i'm coming back in singapore again than i'm definetly in there. The only two thing i repent are
1) i couldn't make chinta dance
2) we didn't take camera with us.

Crank 'Again'

They did it again. How? Well you have no idea unless you watch it. ‘Crank’ is back and is on high voltage. The concept and direction is same as part one the only thing being changed this time is reason. Reason to stay alive. I do not see any other person who could have given better verdict to the role 'Chev Chelios', Jason Statham was at his best. If anyone have not seen crank-1 than better not see this one as well. Completely blowing mind.

The best direction i founn after my last best movie (Memonto) was this one. Game freak like me would find many similarities between the movie and some action pack game. The scene when Chelios puts the gun inside the ass of that black hippo was an out of universe idea. Ringtone of Jason was something that really impressed me since i saw the first part. I finally found it. You can also get it from -> http://sites.google.com/site/abhishekgondalia/Home/crank.mp3?attredirects=0.

I must admin the director is a freak about action, babes, boobs and sex. The scene is same as last crank where Chelios gets in with 'Amy Smart' in public doing their sexual things to keep himself alive. This time they crossed the boundaries by doing all the available positions in public. They were awesome.

All in all movie was good, not as good as first part. Also those pinky kind of boys, this one is not for you.
Here is the preview for those who haven't seen it yet and want to see the movie in 3 minutes, see the trailer.

Day with animal.

I actually started with a lovely animal, chakli ;-) ha ha ha. However, the initial plan was to stick my head on pending documents for office but I could not resist myself from having a glimpse at the Madagascar movie and it all started from there.

The starting was amazing, especially the penguin made me watch some of the scenes twice or thrice. If there is anything that made me laugh like kid then it was those little black and while penguins. I enjoyed Madagaskar-1 and guess what 2nd part is even better.

Then plan was to visit Singapore, zoo. It is too far from where I live (little India). I took MRT to Ang ko hu, then long bus journey in bus 138. I think I over-reacted the distance as it was like from my Baroda office to shiv sagar. The whole trip was like an exam for me. It was testing my patience, patience that was testing my ability to live without cracking joke around, having fun, teasing someone, beating friends. I got pretty bore there. I do not know what people can enjoy in watching animals. Alternatively, may be that I am already used to watching one at home. [Sorry honey ;-)]

The only thing that keeps alive here is chicks;-0, songs, and movies. The evening as good ;-)... oh oh... before you start racing horses of your mind, let me clear it. I am talking about night safari. Got attention of few Italian, some Saudi. They were goooood. Everything about the night safari was great except the time. Once you are in you will never want to come out. It is a must visit place if you are in Singapore.

Bolt. No man I am not about bolting anything. It is about the ending part of the day. It ended with one more animal. Watched the animation movie bold. Cannot compare with Madagascar of course. In addition, the last animal for the day was same as first one, chakli.

WallE Rocks

Pretty impressive and touchy movie. You'll surely forget after half an hour that they are actually robots. Imotional love story of two robots, goes through plenty of tough stages. If you ever imagined world without man, come here and see it. They all live in ship away from the earth. WallE is surely a lovable characher. Cockroach was a funny one as well. You can have a little view here.

A movie worth watchine twice. Really really Good one!!! Disney and Pixar guys. You did it!! I'll give it 9 out of 10.
