3 Things in life

I'm not going to write long lecture or any heath tips. I was visiting my favorite sites and came through one question "What 3 Habit Changes Are Your Top Priorities?" It didn't take much time as i've been on them for some time. But that raised few more questions. I tried answering them as well.
Questions and answers goes like this for me,

What 3 Habit Changes Are Your Top Priorities?
1. Stop eating lots of sweets. (I’m still slim though)
2. Stop thinking that success comes at price of freedom.
3. Daily exercise or yoga or sports.

What 3 things you would like to change about your past?
1. My basic education medium. I should have been throughout in English medium.
2. I would proposed 'BhAkti'(my wife/love/etc..) a little early & i would have never proposed 'Dipti'(my college girl)
3. My sitting habits at office.

Your 3 short time goal.
I've already written them in my earlier blog.
1. Clear SCJP exam.
2. Get body in shape (at least reduce my waist It’s 31 right now. Target is 29) or at least get rid off RSI.
3. Shoot a movie.

I’d love to hear from all of you! Share in the comments.
Please, write about your 3 things.

Geeta Updesh..

Really really Good one. Seriously....

Diwali celebration at office

Awesome! The way we enjoyed this diwali at office was just amazing. Really! One more festival for all Indian to chill out, hang out and to have dazzling fun. Though I don’t really used to enjoy it like this every year. It’s specially after joining here at office It had become special otherwise it was nothing more than holidays, get to gather and sweets [No!!! I’m not talking about chicks ;-)].

I was still not feeling well because of RSI, but anyhow got a change to sneak from home at reached office putting “Hare Rama Hare Krishna” KURTA. Good news from Nehal really made our mood, a.ha na..ha…. nono noo no no, I’m not going to tell you the good news. Bad news got me trouble last time; don’t want to mess with good news this time. Cool!!!

We started with our ever green dance (‘bebot’), continued by ‘passing the parcel’ game. Now the masala arrived. Nehal won the game and his mind started cooking good games inside. Unbelievably he came up with really good games.

First was an arrange marriage seen; believe me it was hilarious, and so funny especially prashant and vivek’s acting. They started with once again ever green jodi of pathik and karuna. They really geared up all of us for good entertainment. There were moments where I laughed like crazy frog. Karuna was too bad at acting. But they make up for it by outstanding performance from vivek’s part. Really really funny one.

Nookad vala idea was really cool, played by alpesh and his team. It was good to hear Nehal saying he used to sit like us (You can’t count me bad for this, all boys do that!!). Bhavin fitted best for girl’s role. Ha ha ha. Alpesh was as usual master piece. They finished up quite early or may be my expectation was a bit more.

Third was ours, where we played as a java programming checking girls’ HOTTO meter. (Worst script and performance from all of us. No Comments!! ) Parth become compiler, ruchi, shriimant and someone else becomes my source object. I checked them out for their HOTNESS and rest is history.

Fourth was about telling dad about one’s girlfriend and boyfriend (Both belong to different religion. I already faced this situation in real life though religion was not a problem there. But it was much, much, much harder and tougher than this. Khalid & Rafiq were aces among them all. They can be toughest dad and play. Shalini (Girl friend) did really well with her role. And ritest (mr. bean) (Boy friend) what to say about him. Brilliant!!!

And here comes the block buster, EK DUM FADU, best of all play. Nehal agreed to act himself.
(More about it coming soon... )

Go Green: Global Warming

I know it’s not my kind of topic but don’t why I had this urge to write about something eye-opening for everyone. Though there are very few readers out there for my blog but after all “something is better than nothing.” My topic is “Global warming (GW)”.

Why do we need to understand GW? Let’s take an example. We get born from mother's womb as child, then we grow, we become young then older. There is no “jadi butti” to convert you from older to younger one. An old man would never go backward in time and finally enter back into his erstwhile mother's womb! Same formula applies to GW. God has given us beautiful life on beautiful earth. Earth has its own age mechanism as well. Do I need to tell how some people looks older than their age? Fast food and fast life kills their age process. We do the same with our beautiful earth. We pollute her; harm her without even knowing we are doing it and finally making her so dirty that we can’t revert back. So wake up!!!

Let’s first understand process of earth environment. The Earth receives energy from the Sun mostly in the form of visible light (Say you are the earth, WOW). Earth (that is you) can’t handle all these energy. So earth needs a blanket (atmosphere) to protect itself. When someone burn fossil fuels—such as oil, coal, and natural gas—to run our cars and light their homes, they pump carbon dioxide (CO2) into the air. This causes your blanket getting thinner and thinner. And what does that mean? Ya! You guessed it right, more heat on earth.

“So what? We are living in A.C, we don’t mind”. Is that what you are thinking? If yes then you need to see a doctor. Well heat is not the only thing we get in return. Glacier retreat! Can you imagine your child’ child’s child might not be able to see Himalaya at all.

Glaciers melting

1. Garhwal Himalayas, India

Glacial retreat at record pace. The Dokriani Barnak Glacier retreated 66 ft (20.1 m) in 1998 despite a severe winter. The Gangorti Glacier is retreating 98 ft (29.9 m) per year. At this rate scientists predict the loss of all central and eastern Himalayan glaciers by 2035.

2. Mt. Everest

The Khumbu Glacier, popular climbing route to the summit of Mt. Everest, has retreated over 3 miles (5 km) since 1953. The Himalayan region overall has warmed by about 1.8?F (1?C) since the 1970s.

3. Southern India

May 2002-In the state of Andhra Pradesh temperatures rose to 120?F (48.9?C), resulting in the highest one-week death toll on record. This heat wave came in the context of a long-term warming trend in Asia in general. India, including southern India, has experienced a warming trend at a rate of 1?F (0.6?C) per century.

Shocking right? ……..

Trees:
The whole point here to avoid (or I would say delay because avoid is not impossible) GW. Trees are our best friend because they keep your blanket thicker. Have you ever faced weather suddenly getting changed when you leave city and enters highway (you need to be on bike not packed car). We, me and my wife, have. We always wish to go back to 4 or 5 century just to enjoy weather.

Forests and trees affect climate in three different ways:
1. They absorb the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and help to keep the planet cool.
2. They evaporate water to the atmosphere and increase cloudiness, which also helps keep the planet cool;
3. They are dark and absorb a lot of sunlight, warming the Earth.

A tipping point in global warming is the point at which change due to human activity brings about sufficient new processes in nature to make any human reversal of the change impossible.

Some climate scientists believe this will be reached in about 2017, while others, notably James Hansen, NASA's top climate scientist, believe it has already been reached.

Ready to do some actions but don’t know what to do? Well! I’ve come up with below workarounds. Please, please, please start acting on it, if you are still not dumb after reading it.

Drive Smart!
A well-tuned car with properly inflated tires burns less gasoline—cutting pollution and saving you money at the pump. If you have two cars, drive the one with better gas mileage whenever possible. Better yet, skip the drive and take public transit, walk, or bicycle when you can.

Support clean, renewable energy.
Renewable energy solutions, such as wind and solar power, can reduce our reliance on coal-burning power plants, the largest source of global warming pollution in the United States and some other countries as well. Call your local utility and sign up for renewable energy. If they don't offer it, ask them why not?

Replace incandescent light bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs.
Especially those that burn the longest each day. Compact fluorescents produce the same amount of light as normal bulbs, but use about a quarter of the electricity and last ten times as long. Each switch you make helps clean the air today, curb global warming, and save you money on your electricity bill.

Saving energy at home is good for the environment and for your wallet.
Start with caulking and weather-stripping on doorways and windows. Then adjust your thermostat and start saving. For each degree you lower your thermostat in the winter, you can cut your energy bills by 3 percent. Finally, ask your utility company to do a free energy audit of your home to show you how to save even more money.

Become a smart water consumer.
Install low-flow showerheads and faucets and you'll use half the water without decreasing performance. Then turn your hot water heater down to 120°F and see hot-water costs go down by as much as 50 percent. I would prefer not using heater at any cost. I don’t bath with hot water for 11 months.

Buy energy-efficient electronics and appliances.
Replacing an old refrigerator or an air conditioner with an energy-efficient model will save you money on your electricity bill and cut global warming pollution. Look for the Energy Star label on new appliances or visit their website at www.energystar.gov to find the most energy-efficient products.

Plant a Tree, protect a forest.
Pledge to plant a single tree after you read it. Protecting forests is a big step on the road to curbing global warming. Trees "breathe in" carbon dioxide. You can take action in your own backyard — planting shade trees around your house will absorb CO2, and slash your summer air-conditioning bills.

Reduce! Reuse! Recycle!
Producing new paper, glass, and metal products from recycled materials saves 70 to 90 percent of the energy and pollution, including CO2, which would result if the product came from virgin materials. Recycling a stack of newspapers only 4 feet high will save a good-sized tree. Please...buy recycled products!

That’s it. The topic is getting much longer so I would cut it down here. Still got lots of things to tell you but out of time.

Bottom line is: Wake up! Before it’s too late.

Spot the difference

I got this really interesting picture.
Can you spot the difference?

RSI Strikes again.

It's not that easy, hmm, not that easy to write in the situation I’m in. But I’ll take little time to ALERT all of you from a weapon. You can't see this weapon but when it'll strike, you'll have nowhere to run. Weapon name is RSI. I hope at least every s/w engineer knows about it. No!!! My goodness. Anyways coming straight to the point.

RSI=Repetitive strain injury RSI is any of a loose group of conditions resulting from overuse of a tool, such as a computer keyboard or musical instrument or other activity that requires repeated movements. (From wikipedia) In simple term, "Overdoing same thing for long period of time."

This same thing includes seating in chair, typing, sitting in wrong posture etc. This is frequent in our industry (IT). Pain may occur in your arms, legs, shoulder, and neck. (You can say all part of your body) When we come to know about it, it's too late. In my case it's late not too late.

I got this pain my shoulder. It had been there since a long time. I was always aware of this RSI thing (Thanks to vivek osv, the jumbo). And I was doing all my best to avoid it but it still occurred. That doesn't mean you shouldn't do anything for it before it occurs to you. Remember prevention is better than cure.

I'm in the stage of curing the pain. Doctor asked to change my profession. What the F. Do you really think that's possible on any how. I'm having one of my most loved profession. I should have asked for his certificates when he told me that. Anyways, living in pain these days. Doing yoga, pranayam, stretching exercise, tablets but nothing is helping me out. I'm thinking to change Doctor (It's better than changing profession at least). I also thinking for this acupuncture

A cutting chai

GUEST BLOG FROM SHUNTY(ONE OF MY GREAT FRIENDS.)

Ah.. . I should say it was all Tea-Day. I sipped 5 cups of tea. The last one was really my favorite –I like the one which is made with ginger mixed in it.

A cup of tea has always been a first obsession (or take it as a necessity or addiction. :) ) for me in every early morning. I can’t kick-off my day without a cutting chai. If I try to pass then my head starts blowing out. And not only tea, enjoying a tea at Kitli has its more fun. I think Kitlis are the most relaxing places after bathrooms (Especially for software engineers).

Bhai I really liked it.:)

PS:
DDITans , Remember Bhupat's tea stall? Wat was the name of his stall?
Aah.. Superb tea. I just miss it :(
Wait a bit..
I think I gotta snap of Bhupat's tea stall.

Yah.. Its Hari Om Tea Stall!! :D

Sugar is out for 3 months.

I came across this good article just when i was about to reduce my sugar intact. Must read...

Beat the SUGAR

My Next 3 GOALS

Doing something different has always been my way to go. Can’t stop myself at repeating one thing for all the time. Though I was not always able to do so because of social life constrains, this time I want to do it. Want to do something new all the time something that I’m not aware of. Something I always dreamed of. List is long which includes,
 Break dance
 Bungee Jumping
 Shape up my body
 Sky diving
 Judo & Karate
 Swimming
 Tennis
 Learn car driving
 Learn Guitar or any instrument
etc. The list is too long.

Some of these dreams are on halt because of resource constrains (Money, time, place). But I think I can take one at a time. So rather than dreaming those at night I decided to hit the first target. It’s not on the list. But it just arrived fresh.

How about shooting a small movie with my cam? A movie that is interesting, have some moral and is at least bearable. LOL.

So my goals for next 3 months are clear now.
1. Clear SCJP exam.
2. Get body in shape (at least reduce my waist It’s 31 right now. Target is 29)
3. Shoot a movie.

Best of luck AB.

Catch you later, Navratri!!!

Wohhh. End of another rocking event. Life is facing many rock events these days? Isn’t it? First was Rock on at office then at sayaji garden and now at vaccine circle. But is this end of it? No. There will be a pause, END is still far away. I hope I don’t get a chance to see end of rocking era till end of my life. Navratri is over. This year’s navratri has broken the record of ‘My Best Navratri’. Last time the record was given to last year. So I’m breaking my own record.

This time the place was ARKEE. I went out for 6 nights out of 9. First night was great, second was better than first, third was better than second and so on…WOW!!!!! Two days have been wasted in stomach pain and last day because of tiredness. There were not enough chicks to enjoy but whatever there was good one. My primary goal was dance. Aha. It makes me forget everything. Once started, I can’t control myself as far as everyone around me is dancing. Himanshu, pruthvi, krunal, vidhi, chhoti vidhi (Fulwanti (Guest appearance)), pathik, vivek, we all were rockers out there. I wish if navratri comes 4 times in a year with 3 night for each time.

Had great fun out there.

SCJP Kick off.

Good books & articles are useless. Ya you read it right. Don't stop reading further thinking that i was drunk while writing this. First thing, i don't drink. Second thing, my statement is right for those who don't act upon reading good books or articles.

What about me? Well! I accept i was one of them. One of them who likes reading good things but when it comes to implement, pssshht..., my world gives me red light. Question to my self? why red light? Because i was not serious about them. Because i was afraid that this will take most out of me. I won't be enjoying life further. But some day in your life you'll need to be serious about the way thing are going. Even reading good things and by not working upon that, i was ultimately cheating myself. Guilt for the same was taking control over my Next goal achievement.

So ultimately i decided to act upon what i want to do.

I'm firm this time and the GOAL is SCJP.
Sun certified java program.
See my Goal schedule below.
I started on it on this Sunday. Day went good still need to make them better.

How not to do MULTI TASK.

Software industry is all about working on many small things at the same time. Working on two or more task at once (which we do all the time), while PL has placed two new demands on your desk. You’re on the phone while three new emails come in (I don't keep phone just for that. I hate mobile). You are trying to get out the door on time so you can pick up a few groceries on the way home for dinner(or my wife will kill me). Damn!!! Welcome to the multitasking world.

My favorite blog zenhabits came out with some point about how not to do multi tasking. I really liked them all.

First, a few quick reasons not to multi-task:
Multi-tasking is less efficient, due to the need to switch gears for each new task, and the switch back again.

Multi-tasking is more complicated, and thus more prone to stress and errors.

Multi-tasking can be crazy, and in this already chaotic world, we need to reign in the terror and find a little oasis of sanity and calm.

Here are some tips on how NOT to multi-task:

1. First set up to-do lists for different contexts (i.e. calls, computer, errands, home, waiting-for, etc.) depending on your situation.

2. Have a capture tool (such as a notebook) for instant notes on what needs to be done.

3. Have a physical and email inbox (as few inboxes as possible) so that all incoming stuff is gathered together in one place (one for paper stuff, one for digital).

4. Plan your day in blocks, with open blocks in between for urgent stuff that comes up. You might try one-hour blocks, or half-hour blocks, depending on what works for you. Or try this: 40 minute blocks, with 20 minutes in between them for miscellaneous tasks. (I do that and really really effective)

5. First thing in the morning, work on your Most Important Task. Don’t do anything else until this is done. Give yourself a short break, and then start on your next Most Important Task. If you can get 2-3 of these done in the morning, the rest of the day is gravy.

6. When you are working on a task in a time block, turn off all other distractions. Shut off email, and the Internet if possible. Shut off your cell phone. Try not to answer your phone if possible. Focus on that one task, and try to get it done without worrying about other stuff.

7. If you feel the urge to check your email or switch to another task, stop yourself. Breathe deeply. Re-focus yourself. Get back to the task at hand.

8. If other things come in while you’re working, put them in the inbox, or take a note of them in your capture system. Get back to the task at hand.

9. Every now and then, when you’ve completed the task at hand, process your notes and inbox, adding the tasks to your to-do lists and re-figuring your schedule if necessary. Process your email and other inboxes at regular and pre-determined intervals.

10. There are times when an interruption is so urgent that you cannot put it off until you’re done with the task at hand. In that case, try to make a note of where you are (writing down notes if you have time) with the task at hand, and put all the documents or notes for that task together and aside (perhaps in an “action” folder or project folder). Then, when you come back to that task, you can pull out your folder and look at your notes to see where you left off.
11. Take deep breaths, stretch, and take breaks now and then. Enjoy life. Go outside, and appreciate nature. Keep yourself sane. (MOST FAVOURITE)

DAY4: Typical love story & V the F**kers…

DAY4: Typical love story & V the F**kers…

Oh I can’t explain what I was feeling for the whole day. The whole day went into excitement. I didn’t have much work other than some bugs. Thanks to Abhilash (my project partner) to take charge of each work for the day. I got dresses ready for everyone. We were ready to rock. I was not afraid of pruthvi’s team as he didn’t have good dancers. One more thing, he keeps dance steps that he can do with good effort that how can expect to be smoother for other team member. I heard that shalini and vidhi has joined his time at last minute. Let’ see what they come out with.

Rock on… was ON….

I succeeded. Yes I did it. No, no, I’ve not won the competition but I didn’t what I wanted to do. We played on the Rock On song. It was amazing. Me, alpesh, anupan and krunal were rocking. I really loved it. We played on the song ‘Meri laundry ka ek bill’ from Rock on songs. Wow amazing experience.

Typical love story:

Mail send by janak about the story of the theme was really nice effort. Really an effective mail to put first impression. Theme was about typical love story where two groups are fighting for a girl and girl gets married to some other person. Interesting part was when god gets happy with them and gifts them another girl for continuing their pataving process. Story was good but competition was all about dance which only being done by Prutvi other than him everyone was just to fill up space. Prutvi danced very well. So we had two teams to compete with 1st was Swati and second was Vidhi.

V the Fcukers…

Costume really gave me some confidence at last. Though I was not happy with everyone’s look. I make up my mind by thinking that at least I was looking good. The song had begun jumping in my mind. It was really hard to be on the stage. The entry was rocking. Warm welcome from people really got our confidence on high. I don’t know about the others. I had forgotten one step during the whole dance but at least I didn’t make it look like a stupid has lost one step. Everything was ok. I was not satisfied with the team dance. Team was looking a little over confidence. Anyways everything went well. Back to back four rocking songs.

1. Bachna ae hasino,
2. Dhoom-2 title,
3. Golmal &
4. Bebot. (Wow!!! I was happy with my song selection.)

So the competition was over and it was time to choose the winner. Guess what It was tie at first. There were 5 teams. Two teams voted for us and two teams voted for Swati’s team, now what? Public opinion. Swati was in against of it. May be she was afraid to loose title of combined winner. 90% public voted in favour of us. Hurry!!! We were the clear winner. Wow!!! Winning was not that important for me this time as I clearly wanted to enjoy this one.
So I did. Wonderful week has been over. Back to sophisticated stupid life at office! I’ll definitely remember these 4 days through my entire life.

Thanks God, thanks kanuda!!!!

Rock On Day3: NameLess1

DAY3: NameLess1
Swati, anupam, nirav etc…

The practice of this team was hidden we were never aware of what was going to happen. They practiced at unknown places so that no body knows about their dance. We all were expecting it to be something extra ordinary. And ya it was!!! Way the team has been dressed up rang warning bell in mind. It said, “Either get dressed of or get out of the competition.” Everything went perfectly well for the team.

Good thing was to see maulik dancing on the floor. Swati and Jatin’s dance was again amazing. One more reason to wake up and do something. Dance went superb. Now we had more troubles coming up. We not only have to beat today’s and yesterday’s performance but also we have to beat tomorrow’s performance which is from Pruthvi’s team. I’m sure he’ll deliver something GOOD. Our practices got doubled, we went to dance floor for practice as well. I was not satisfied the way we were dancing. We had bunch of freaks who believes in copying steps from one standing ahead. What more they never want to believe that they are doing so. Freak… is the word most suitable.

Rock On DAY2

DAY2: V the Rockerss..
Alpesh, Vidhi, chirag, etc….

Now that’s what I call competition. I had seen dance of this team once or twice when they were practicing. But today it was far better than what I was under impression of. Specially the chirag, he was doing really funny steps. By funny I didn’t mean not good enough but he was just excellent in the song ‘ena mina dika…’. Costume selection was ultimate. Alpesh was high. With a sip of whisky before going on stage, he spitted his personality. He became unstoppable after that. Damn!! Good one.

I was talking about make-up that Karuna did yesterday with someone today. She shouldn’t have done that. But not learning from mistake, Vidhi also blindly followed her and ended up looking like ***...
Anyways, at the end of the day, V The Rockerss.. scared us a little bit as my team has nothing like dress code, no funny steps to impress people but simple easy steps to finish up the performance.

We had some hard practice after finishing today’s performance. Believe me everyone in my team was a little bit afraid. Afraid of loosing after watching today’s performance.

Rock On DAY1

Finally after long weeks of hectic schedule in project, I got something to chill about at office. Yes we are coming up this ROCK ON event at office. All preparation are done, every one is set and now its time to enjoy. ROCK ON event is basically a dance competition where 5 teams are messing with each other with their dancing shoes on and grooving on dance floor. We had been practicing for it for last one month. For me this dance competition was everything. I like dancing as much as I like s*x. ha ha ha ha.

DAY1: Dragon
Pathik, Karuna, Aashish, Rupesh, etc.
The excitement was on high peak. Pathik’s team was not threat for us as they were not that good at dancing. I tried helping him in the starting but I was already out of time so couldn’t give much time for his team. Karuna was main leader in the team but she was not creative enough to get good dances.

Event has begun I was loosing my patients, went to parking lot as quickly as possible. I couldn’t help pathik in arrangement due to busy schedule. Me & chintan did not let people get bored by doing time pass. They arrived, music was started, flashes have started from everyone’s camera and the dance began. It was all going OK. Suddenly all things went black. Actually, the lights were gone due to heavy load. No body realized what was happening. I got a good time to clean my hand on pathik and his team in the dark. Someone went to switch off the A.C of the office to get it started again. Coming up with mocking faces of alpesh and vivek for a song was really a funny part of the whole day.

There was something, some sort of energy was missing once after that power off thing. Team was looking more confusing and little bit of frustrated. And so it affected their dance. Dance was not good enough to give any kind of competition. But I would like to cheer for pathik’s team for such a wonderful effort. Day was really good.

Really Simple Goal Setting

My favorite simplicity blog, Unclutterer, recently did a good post on goal-setting software called Lifetick, which is actually pretty cool. But as I was playing around with its nice little interface, I realized that for me, such a program is overkill.
I believe in keeping your goals simple, and if you do that, goal-setting and goal-management doesn’t require software.
In fact, you can do it with a single index card.
The key to simple goal setting is to not have too many goals. In fact, regular readers know that I advocate One Goal when possible. While that’s not always possible for some people, having too many goals makes things complicated and requires a more complicated system for keeping track of your goals.

Pleasure after pain.

Thanks Buddy (lord Krishna)!!!

After that heavy dose of hard week, my weekend was clean, smooth and really really cool. I enjoyed it a lot after long time. Ya i enjoyed it last time we went to chapaner. Other than that trip most of my weekend were dry and boring since a long time. But this time !!! WoW!! Thanks a lot.

Saturday was a cool. Morning went so fuzzy, i was feeling so lazy in the morning but i was enjoying it as well. Went to drop chaku at school. After that GYM. Had a good workout there. Pathik (My office friend ) and her mom made fun of my hair style. And believe me it was really funny as well. I hated those two horn shapes coming out of hair. But as everything happens for good only. I couldn't wait for tomorrow to get a new hair cut. We don't usually cut hair on saturday so it wasn't easy to find a saloon on this day. Still i was desperate and also i wanted to give surprise to chaku as well with new hair cut. I found one. Great!!!! I was scared of getting wrong hair cut but everything went well. I like it. I have him 25Rs without a single argument.

Couldn't stop watching my self in mirror after that. Took few pics of mine with almost nearer to NO HAIR. But that was not enough to made my day so god gave me another idea. Joined Gym yesterday

Finally after hearing a lot about my weight gaining (which is right now 70 k.g) and fat i've decided to join gym. Thought i'm earning handsome amount from my professional life, i can not allocate money for sophesticated gym. Bhavani gym then was the altimate choice. 7 Years ago i used go in gym named 'balaji' at surat. I remembered that as soon as i saw these gym. 150Rs per month. ha ha ha

Gym is having every facility from skipping to body building to weight loosing training. Environment is what i'm compromising there. Enviroment by sense that air doesn't get circulated in entire room. So a little bit of smelly. Otherwise everything is fine.
Let's see how it goes by.

I had been waiting for this day. I wanted to upload any video of mine on youtube and wanted to post it on my blog as well. ANIMOTO has finally done it. I was looking through the picasa API and suddenly found that ANIMOTO site is using these APIs. So i went there to checkout what's it upto.

They create take your photos from various photo organizer site like picasa, flikr etc. I created my account and got started with creating my video. Now comes the best option. THey allow you to diretly upload your created video to youtube. I tried wih my first video which went well but pictures i've given was just for checking out how video goes by.

Then i seriously thought about having a good video created by them. But this time i got the wrong music played in background. Site i slow otherwise its good. + They charge you for larget videos which SUCKS.

2nd Most adventurous day of life

It was too good. My morning was little lazy today, .....why ? Don't ask. I was not in a great mood to start off the day. Specially after discussion of today's trip with vidhi and pathik.

  • 1st they were willing to go on saturday. (Which actually turned out good decision at last...)
  • 2nd they wanted to hire a car for going there.
Come on!!! guys i'm not a not really into it. Anyways i don't want to discuss that topic here.

The plan was to go to chmpaner forest century, which actually is having water fall and jungle. I already had been there two years ago. That has been 2st Most adventures day of my life. So place is same. There were me, honey, pathik, himanshu, pruthvi, vidhi, nitu, krunal, nikunj and dam bhai.

We left office at nearby 12:00. Journey was good, we hired a car.

My eyes were constantly looking for dark cloud but they were disappointed watching the sun shine. I was really in favour of rain today, infact everyday. We had good time pass during the journey. Took a break between to have lunch but me and honey were already filled up.

Finally a ray of hope arised when we saw dark clouds started drizzling. I was expecting heavy rain to enjoy the journey. Finally we reached there. Journey starts with two passways, we choose 2nd way as me and pathik has already been to the first one.

Wether was wonderful there. Little bit of rain after every 10 minutes were making journey more exiciting. Honey was loving the journey and that was the biggest satisfaction for me. Half the way we 10 were divided into group of 5.

One group having me, honey, vidhi, nitu and pathi and the second group contained others. I really didn't like that idea. But It just happnened unintentionally. Pathik was MARING setting with vidhi, nitu was helpless with her legs and me and honey were drowning wherever we found water. Still it was fun.

Finally the moment came when we heard some screams and shouting. That scream was from himanshu, krunal and others. They were under the waterfall. Damn!!! Couldn't wait after that. I just started running (i almost forgot that bhakti was with me.) untill i reached them. I took out my t-shirt and joined them. We stayed there for almost an hour. So wonderful that i don't have words to describe.

Back journey were even better as it started raining heavily. One break between to have good snacks was really a good idea. We were tired and done. It was a wonderful day. Wish i can have 100 in my life. I'll.

Trip to haridwar

Me and my beloved wife had been to this trip to haridwar. The trip was mix of joy and sorrow. WE never had any trip that is awesome uptill now. It's always that something bad comes up in way.

What was this time? This gurjer people's fight for their reservation. Fuck reservation. I, myself is in agains of reservation. Can't believe this government still think people need reservation. Anyways, We spend hell lot of time in trains, and other journeys rather than enjoying trip.

We reached Haridwar, awesome, just awesome. This is the first time i drowned in river GANGA. My goodness. The whole thing about enjoying river was so cool. The water was so chilled that it would just make anyone's mind to forget the entire world. I enjoyed it a lot. Taking bath in ganga two time a day. WOW!!!! What can say about it?

I'm regretting that i coulnd't have any pics of mine taking bath in Ganga. No pics at all. Moving on. we went to Dehradoon, which was again a waste of day in journey(Except one or two hours when we went to Tapteshwar mahadev temple). IT was a kind of temple i've never seen in my life. Searching for food after coming back was real hard job. And more searching for that with bhakti, oh Harder than ever.

Again long journey took us to massorie. Damn! the weather was so good that now we were repending for spending a day in dehradoon. We had good time atlast there.

Coming back from delhi was disgussting. Jorney was so poor that #$%@% Can't describe it here.

Anyways, we have finally decided to cut down our journeys after experiencing all these.

Following are the pics we had taken,

First Day at blogging

Full day on my laptop. I spent all the time learning the basics of blogging. And finally i got it through. Here i'm finished writting first blog. I'll like to list out tool that i've tried during uploading the blog.

ScribeFire, mozilla plugin is good tool to post blog directly from any page of any website. But i don't know why i stopped working at the time i'm writting this.

I uploaded video, and pictures with it. But it took a lot time to upload a presenation to blog. Then i found out a tool to convert presentation to flash file. I converted my presentations to swf file but then finding a way to upload swf was really headache.

Below are link might help you do it.... (Though i'm not perfectly done with it.)
